Refund and Exchange Policy
Gold Sister wants to ensure you love your purchase. If you have a change of mind we will happily exchange or refund your order, via the original method of payment provided that the item is in original saleable condition, unworn, and unused state.
If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please contact Gold Sister via email within 7 days of the tracked delivery to organise an exchange/refund. Please note, your item(s) must meet our on-line refund and exchange policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Gold Sister reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale or promotions items except where the item is faulty or defective.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our care team of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
